My status Unavailable in Asternic

The agents show up in the real-time list as Unavailable (not logged in) and continue to show in that state no matter what. If they log in, open, pause, etc. No matter what they just show unavailable.
Causes
- Your Microsip status is not online.
- Your internet is lagging.
Solution
- Check your MicroSip status, if it is online reset your network, sometimes modems pick up interference; to fix this, reboot your internet modem and your laptop.
- If MicroSip status is not online, go to MicroSip_Status:_Request_Timeout.
