How to add a second extension on MicroSIP

At a time you can only use one extension, but in case you require a second extension to use on a different shift, here is the manual:

Solutions

To access the configuration parameters, follow next steps:

  1. Click the down arrow in the upper right corner of the phone, then “Add Account”
  2. Follow the manual "MicroSIP_Setup" to configure your second extension.
  3. Click the down arrow in the upper right corner of the phone and click on the extension that you prefer active.

Note:

If both extensions have the same domain, you no longer need to use the "My IP upload" module.

  • Main Interface (the dialpad view).
  • Settings Menu (Press Ctrl + P).
  • Account Settings (Press Ctrl + M).
