Callers can’t hear me

My Softphone is hanging up exactly 21 seconds into every call, incoming or outgoing. I can't figure out how to fix it.
- It's possible your internet isn't connecting to the RTP ports (UDP 10000-65000).
- Our your MicroSip is not configured correctly.
Solution
- Go to MicroSip's Settings and edit the fields Source Port and RTP Ports.
- If you already have the previous configuration and it still doesn't work, try this one.
- If any configutation on MicroSip's Settings works, contact us via email (itis.cmsupport@softtek.com) sharing with us:
- -Client's name
- -Your location
- -Your Internet service provider (ISP)
- -Your Public IPv4 (https://checkip.amazonaws.com/)
- -Your Extension number
