If the caller can´t hear you but you can hear them, you can try the following solutions.
Solution
- Check the volume control on MicroSip and make sure it is in the high range.
- Disconnect the headphones from your computer and try the microphone on your laptop.
- Update or reinstall the audio driver on your computer.
