Call is hanging up exactly 21 seconds into every call

My Softphone is hanging up exactly 21 seconds into every call, incoming or outgoing. I can't figure out how to fix it.

  • It's possible your internet isn't connecting to the RTP ports (UDP 10000-65000).
  • Our your MicroSip is not configured correctly.

Solution

  • Go to MicroSip's Settings and edit the fields Source Port and RTP Ports.
