Callers can hear me, but I can't hear them

If the caller can hear you, but you can't hear them; you can try the following solutions:

Solution

  • Use earphones with a microphone attachment to make and receive calls to verify that you can be heard OK.
  • Check the volume control on the headset and make sure it is in the high range.
  • Update or reinstall the audio driver on your computer.
