Callers can hear me, but I can't hear them

If the caller can hear you, but you can't hear them; you can try the following solutions:
Solution
- Use earphones with a microphone attachment to make and receive calls to verify that you can be heard OK.
- Check the volume control on the headset and make sure it is in the high range.
- Go to MicroSip's Settings and edit the fields Source Port and RTP Ports, go to: Call_is_hanging_up_exactly_21_seconds_into_every_call
- Update or reinstall the audio driver on your computer.
