MicroSip info: Answer Elsewhere

The call manager marks all calls as "answered elsewhere" when cancelled.
Causes
- The caller decided to leave a Voicemail.
- The caller decided to generate a Callback.
Solution
You do not need to take (any) further action; The system will treat the call as “not missed” to you.
