The call manager marks all calls as "answered elsewhere" when cancelled.

Causes

  • The caller decided to leave a Voicemail.
  • The caller decided to generate a Callback.
  • Calls are abandoned.
  • When you receive a call and someone on the Queue answers the call.

Solution

You do not need to take (any) further action; The system will treat the call as “not missed” to you.
